    • This is NOT an instantaneous purchase of Microsoft licenses. CyberRewards staff will provision the licenses for you using Microsoft’s licensing portal. This may take up to 2-business days to provision.
    • To obtain a refund on this purchase you MUST cancel the purchase within 48-hours of purchase from CyberRewards. You can email contact@cyberrewards.com to make a cancellation within the 48-hour period.
    • We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to transact the cancellation. If we do NOT receive your request to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged for the full 12-month period.
    • You can only decrease quantities of purchased licenses at time of annual renewal.
